Nancy E. Cason is a respected real estate attorney and trusted legal consultant for Envision Realty Partners. A Partner and Managing Shareholder at Syprett Meshad, PA, Nancy brings over two decades of deep experience in real estate law, estate planning, business law, and litigation.

Her legal practice includes representing buyers, sellers, developers, and lenders in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions. She is also highly regarded for her work in land use, leasing, corporate formation, and probate law. Recognized repeatedly as a Florida Super Lawyer and SRQ Magazine Elite Top Attorney, Nancy holds the prestigious AV Preeminent® rating from Martindale-Hubbell®.

Beyond her legal practice, Nancy has a long history of community involvement and public service. She served as President of the Sarasota County Bar Association and was appointed three times to the Twelfth Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission, including a term as Chair. She is a passionate advocate for pro bono legal work and public education in real estate and foreclosure law, regularly offering workshops and speaking engagements for the community.
