Oliver Vaidis is a seasoned tax and accounting specialist with a passion for helping small businesses thrive. A proud graduate of the University of South Florida, he holds dual degrees in Accounting and Finance - both earned with honors. He went on to complete his CPA license and build a strong foundation in public accounting, where he focused on outsourced financial services for clients ranging from startups to large enterprises.

Beyond public accounting, Oliver gained extensive experience in corporate finance, particularly in the world of private equity. As Head of Finance, he led the successful sale of a company valued at over $20 million and later held executive roles overseeing $100M+ in mergers and acquisitions.

While his technical knowledge runs deep, Oliver’s heart is in the everyday victories - guiding small business owners through the complex world of taxes, compliance, and financial growth. His calm, strategic mindset and clear communication make him a trusted advisor to clients who value both precision and partnership.

When he’s not working with numbers, Oliver enjoys golf, travel, and experimenting in the kitchen alongside his wife. He brings insight, balance, and integrity to every relationship he builds.
