Riana Kodat is a graduate of Charles University in Prague and has been active on the Florida real estate market since 2000. With extensive experience in buying, selling, renovating, and managing both short-term and long-term rentals, she brings a comprehensive and highly practical skill set to every transaction.
For many years, Riana worked with the world-renowned marketing agency IMG, providing VIP clients with full-service real estate support designed to save them time, money, and stress. Her professional approach, precision, and ability to anticipate client needs make her an invaluable part of the Envision Realty team.
In addition to her real estate expertise, Riana is the Director of the nonprofit Atlantic Bridge Czech School & Club, where she helps children stay connected to their language and cultural roots. She is also a proud mother of three adult children and a respected voice within the Czech-American community in Sarasota.
